How would you play?
You're holding pocket 7s with someone who has about 1/3rd your stack. Early in the tourney. Player in early position raises 3x the BB and you call with pocket 7s. Heads up play. Flop comes Queen high, missing your set and the raiser pushes all in which is about 1/3 your stack. You call and your wired 7s is up against K-Q. On the turn you hit a miracle set and finish your player off. Are you a donk?

My two cents
The flop had a Queen? What about the other two cards? Were they higher/lower than your 7's? i.e... Q-9-2, or Q-8-6, etc...? That would affect my decision. Also, if they are a maniac pushing alot of chips around, then it might be a reasonable call, IF you have them covered by 3 to 1. However, against a "rock", you should have dumped the 7's.
Final analysis: The Queen would have pushed me off my sevens. Sounds like you got invested in a pot and "married" to a small-ish pair and was lucky enough to hit. Not necessarily a "donkey call" though. You need to win hands like that to last in most tournaments. At least you didn't go "runner-runner" to win the hand.
Just my $.02
